Andrea Vantrees Notary Services Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Andrea Vantrees Notary Services for your notarization needs. To serve every client with the care and professionalism
they deserve, please review the following policies before booking. By scheduling with me, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking Your Appointment
Appointments may be scheduled online through my booking link, by phone, or by text. All appointments are confirmed once you
receive a confirmation notification via email or text after your request for an appointment has been received, and I have time to ensure
that your requested time slot does not conflict with an existing appointment.
As a mobile notary, I travel to you. Please provide your full service address at the time of booking. Travel fees will apply depending
on your location relative to the Douglasville, GA area.
Please ensure all signers are present, have a valid government-issued photo ID, and that all documents are complete and ready
to sign before the appointment. I am not able to notarize incomplete documents. Do not sign any documents before the appointment.
I am not able to notarize documents that have already been signed.
2. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled
appointment time.
How to cancel: Call or text (678) 941-9440, or reply to your confirmation email. Cancellations are not accepted via social media.
Cancellations made with 24 or more hours notice will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees and may reschedule at no additional charge.
3. Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows (failure to be present at the confirmed appointment location and time),
are subject to a flat fee:
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: $25 Applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to be present
at the time of the appointment.
This fee covers the time and travel already committed to your appointment. The fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
4. Rescheduling
Need to reschedule? Simply cancel your existing appointment with at least 24 hours notice and book a new time through my booking link.
I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is treated as a late cancellation and is subject to the $25 fee.
5. Appointment Delays
Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. If you anticipate a delay, contact me as soon as possible at (678) 941-9440.
I will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled start time. After 15 minutes without contact, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and
the $25 fee will apply.
6. Service Cancellation by Andrea Vantrees Notary Services
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control. In such cases,
you will be notified as soon as possible and any prepaid fees will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled appointment at your preference.
