Attorney supervised closings. I witness you signing and notarize your signature only. I am not an attorney and cannot explain documents to you, or advise you how to interpret or complete documents.

Zone 1 — Home Base
Travel Fee: $25
Serving Douglasville and the surrounding Douglas County area, including Lithia Springs, Villa Rica, Winston, and Whitesburg.
This is my primary service zone, and appointments here are given first priority.
Zone 2 — Metro Atlanta Corridor
Travel Fee: $35–$50
Serving Cobb, Carroll, Paulding, and South Fulton counties, including cities such as Marietta, Smyrna, Carrollton, Dallas, Hiram, and Union City. This zone covers the heart of the Metro Atlanta corridor and represents the bulk of my extended service area.
Zone 3 — Extended Service Area
Travel Fee: $55–$75
Serving Coweta, Haralson, and Heard counties, including Newnan, Bremen, Bowdon, and Buchanan. Appointments in this zone are accommodated based on availability and advance scheduling is strongly recommended.
