Andrea is a Georgia Commissioned Notary Public and NNA Certified Signing Agent based in Douglasville, Georgia.

She owns and operates Andrea Vantrees Notary Services, a professional mobile notary business serving Douglas County
and surrounding counties. Andrea brings exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care to every signing
appointment.

Andrea holds an active Georgia Notary Public Commission and is a National Notary Association (NNA) Certified Signing Agent,
one of the most respected certifications in the notary profession. She is also background-screened and E&O insured.

Andrea Vantrees Notary Services offers a wide range of notarization services including: general notarizations,
loan signing services, real estate documents, powers of attorney, wills and trusts, affidavits, acknowledgements
and jurats, apostille services, vehicle title documents, medical documents, school documents, and business documents.

Andrea serves clients throughout Douglas, Carroll, Cobb, Coweta, Paulding, and South Fulton counties.
Andrea travels within a 50-mile radius of Douglas County, covering a large portion of the Metro Atlanta
and west Georgia region.

Andrea is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Evening and weekend appointments are also available by prior arrangement.

urgent notarization needs whenever possible.

To prepare for your notarization appointment:

(1) Fill out your document completely but do not sign it yet. You must sign in front of the notary.

(2) Have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID ready for all signers.

(3) Confirm you are willing and aware of what you are signing.

(4) Have payment ready for notarization and travel fees.

You will need a valid (unexpired) government-issued photo ID. Accepted forms include a driver's license,
state ID card, U.S. passport, or military ID. The name on your ID must match the name on the document being notarized.
